At the end of 2013, about a week away from being open for four months, Long Beach Community Acupuncture gave a total of 513 treatments! That’s fantastic and all due to the continued support and growth from our local community. Thank you so much for telling friends and family about us, yelping and “liking” us on Facebook, and most of all, making your self-care a priority through consistent acupuncture treatments.
This is your community clinic and we exist because you come to your appointments, pay for your treatments, and tell others about us.
I am excited to see what 2014 will bring to this clinic. As many of you know, my goal for LBCA is to have multiple practitioners and expanded office hours on the weekends, so that more people can have access to this powerful healing modality more often.
With the New Year, I’ve added some new clinic hours. Having lived in Long Beach for 10 years now, and having spent four of those commuting to school on the 405, I know it’s difficult to get anywhere by 6 pm, even if you get off work at five. So, to provide more opportunities to all of our patients who must commute, we will be open until 7 pm, Monday through Thursday, starting on January 13, 2014.
For these evening appointments, please arrive no later than 6:30 pm, so that you can enjoy at least half an hour of rest with the needles. These time slots may be popular, so please make an appointment to reserve your spot!
Happy New Year, everyone—may 2014 bring you joy and health!
